After graduating from Troy University in 1997, Justin joined Knox Pest Control full time, taking on a wide variety of roles as the company expanded. Today, he works alongside the leadership team to guide Knox Pest Control’s continued growth across the Southeast, ensuring that the company’s legacy of service remains as strong as ever. The Knox family’s story began nearly a century ago with his great-grandfather, Forrest H. Knox, who built the business on the principle that success isn’t measured by the customers you gain, but by the ones you keep.
